As the CEO and founder of NK Enterprises Consulting, LLC, she is passionate about bringing the best in coaching and education to all her clients to help with custom tailored solutions and plans. Dr. King-Smith has an accreditation in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace with USF Corporate Training and is a Certified Culture Consultant Partner with CultureTalk. She sits on several boards and volunteers her time with FutureMakers Coalition.

As she guided individuals from different generations along their career paths, a profound realization dawned upon her. This realization ignited a fire that compelled her to be the catalyst for change. She then embarked on a mission to support individuals and organizations to bridge generational gaps and foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture where every individual thrives.
